A complete data base for work and maintenance records, including costs of labor and materials. Voting records. Provides a method for preparing yearly association budgets.  Maintains all records required for condominium management. Has been in use for 5 years and all the bugs have been exterminated.

Even though this is an MS-DOS based program, it will work with Windows 3.1 and/or Windows 95
